Great location in city center, best for couples! Downtown apartment with a main room, separate kitchen, bathroom and garden with table and chairs. Equipped with WI-FI Internet, air conditioning and LCD TV. Close to the old town, Diocletian's Palace and all other city attractions. PRIVATE ground-floor ENTRANCE .

Comfortable apartment located on the ground floor of the authentic Split stone house, situated just a few minutes walking from the old town and Diocletian's Palace. The apartment is fully equipped. It consists of a main room with a double bed queen size (160 x 200 cm), bathroom with a shower and toilette and separate, completely equipped kitchen.

Free WI-FI Internet connection, air conditioning/heating, cable TV, microwave, cooking amenities ... all available in the accommodation.

In front of the apartment there is a garden area with table and chairs to completely enjoy an authentic holiday in the heart of Split.

La gestion de la location par Umberto est idéale ainsi que l'accueil chaleureux de Véra.Situation excellente à 5mn du port et proche de nombreux magasins alimentaires.La location est telle que présentée dans l'annonce.Le seul problème concerne les locataires se déplaçant difficilement,il y a des marches.

Great location, excellent hosts
Clean, well presented apartment, as pictured, equipped with all you need for a short stay. Good location on the edge of town in a very quiet neighbourhood. Flat walk to all amenities and all major city locations within walking distance - which was welcome in the unusually high tempertures. Vera and Umberto great hosts, giving plenty of local information, and once or twice bringing very fresh figs or grapes just picked of the vine. Very relaxing stay. Would return.

Wonderful Stay in Split!
Our week in Spit recently was AMAZING. Our host Vera was helpful, generous, fun and helped make our time in Croatia the best. Her suggestions about the town and our plans while we were there beyond helpful. The location just on the edge of the historic centre was perfect for walking into and out of the central area. We walked there from the Ferry Docks and other than our first slight misdirection (we didn't believe Google and realize that it consider the market area to be a real street) we loved the location. The accommodations were clean, spacious and "local". Vera's walled garden was magical every time we entered or left. If we're lucky enough to go back to Split (which we vastly preferred over Dubrovnik) we hope we can stay there again.

Well located, comfortable property.
The apartment was very clean and tidy, well located only a few minutes walk to the centre. Vera was very helpful, organised a taxi collection from the airport and gave us excellent directions to get around the town.

WELCOME TO SPLIT OLD CITY
THE SUPER MARKET WAS JUST ROUND THE CORNER, VERY CONVENIENT. THE OLD CITY WAS A FEW MINUTES WALK AWAY. VERA GAVE US SOME GOOD TIPS ABOUT WHERE TO EAT AND VISIT. iT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE HAD SOME COMFORTABLE CHAIRS TO SIT IN. THE LITTLE GARDEN WAS IDEAL FOR BREAKFAST AND LUNCH. GOOD FOR CATCHING A FERRY TO ONE OF THE ISLANDS. A MOST ENJOYABLE WEEK.

Fantastic property - friendly hosts, great location
We arrived late at night and the owner (who lives upstairs) was waiting for us with a friendly welcome. There were some supplies in the fridge - beer, water, salamis and some bread. The apartment is in an excellent location - only a few minutes walk from the main promenade, walking through populated areas. The apartment is really clean and was well equipped with everything we needed, including wifi. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again if we return to Split.

Lovely clean,light and bright property in a great location just far enough away from the busy Riva
We had a great time in both Split and in the property,it was good to come home to the courtyard garden and the lovely apartment which was so cool after the hot days.Great position with easy access to local shops and markets.Only a five minute walk to the Riva and to all the sights of Split.Both Umberto and Vera were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.Umberto arranged a taxi to take us to and from the airport and when we arrived at the apartment Vera was there to meet us with cool drinks.We have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone as a holiday base in Split.
