Lovely place. Great host. Very central. Beautiful backyard. They have beach towels and sun umbrellas you can borrow. The minifridge had milk, juice, yogurt, cereal, tea and coffee. Would recommend

Lovely rooms and perfect walking distance to everything in Split! The host was thoughtful and helped arrange transportation. Beautiful shared courtyard. Would absolutely stay again!

Firstly, the location is perfect, a short walk from the bustling town and promenade. Set in a quiet side street, we enjoyed views over the harbour from a large comfortable apartment with all possible amenities. We arrived on an early flight and messaged the accommodation hoping the room could be ready earlier than planned. They madethat possible allowing us to check in on arrival. Our host Marijana took our mobile number and said we can message any time for anything. So helpful. The apartment really made for a great week in and around Split. On departure, we we able to leave bags in the room and enjoy showers before heading out for a late flight home. We would return for sure.

The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean with good facilities of a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, cereals, milk and yoghurt as well as plates, cutlery and glasses. We arrived early and pur room was ready so the host allowed us to enter the room early which was great. There is an internal courtyard to sit and relax or leave your bags. It is very close to the water and all shops etc

The property is very nice and clean and AC works well for for the entire property. The property owner is very welcoming and helpful. Overall a nice stay.
The parking and distance from the property are terrible. I spent over an hour looking for parking the evening I rented. (The owner did offer help with the baggage while I looked for parking which I appreciate) The walk is 6-8 mins from the nearest parking and up hill.
The other issue was that some of the amenities listed on the listed cost extra. Using the Laundry was $10 a night. We rented this specifically for the laundry. Ended up not using it because we did not want to pay for it. Some of the items in the house cost money to use as well.
