Staff was nice. Room was uninhabitable. No heat - a portable heater was offered. TV pixelated - cannot view picture. Wires hanging from TV. Internet worked with phone but not with PC. Kitchenette sink broken, bathroom sink runs slow. A concrete stair is broken going to 2nd floor.
I do not recommend!

Nice 2 room suite with kitchen and pullout bed in living room, great for 6. The staff were friendly but very busy and unable to deliver an extra cot or extra blankets/comforters.

My stay it self wasn't bad, but the room service was non existence. We have leave the trash for our entire stay, towels where not changed, bedding and so on. Git so mad

Booked Ada room and when we arrived found out the room was upstairs and no elevator. Pretty worn out place but the room was clean and they are trying to update the place
