The room is clean and well appointed, but the bathroom (which had the door closed) smelled really bad. The shower curtain is very moldy at the bottom few inches but I think the worse problem is coming from the floor and shower drains. I covered them and ran the bathroom fan while going out for dinner and it was much improved.

It all started from the moment we checked in. The guy at the front rattled off stuff like we were regulars there. Told us the wrong elevator and thus spent 20 mins going around trying to get to our room. Not something you want to do when your exhausted. The matress was at least 20 years old. Sagged and lumped all over and was pretty much not sleepable. Pillows were way to thick. Went to pool and no towels. Went back and asked same guy at front for towels. Said he would take care of that. 5 mins later still no towels so we stole some from the laundry cart. 30 mins later the girl comes out with towels. Tired of paying top dollar for crap service.

When checking in they didn’t have the correct date in their system. They charged me for my stay even though I had a prepaid reservation, and showed the staff member my receipt. I had to sort out with front desk next morning. It still took awhile for the amount to come back from being held on my card.

Very good value. A hot tub would be nice. I would stay there again.
