Location is vwry convinient and staff was great. However hut tub out all weekend and bed mattress so soft its painfull.

Not horrible
Posted Sep. 18, 2024 on HotelsIt was not horrible staff were awesome, the view sucked, breakfast was excellent, they could dust there were quit a bit of cobwebs, beds are not that comfortable but other that pretty nice stay.

Good day and thank you for your response. It made me very happy to hear that you enjoyed our breakfast and that our staff was very accommodating. I do apologize for the dust and cobwebs. I will use your comment at our next Housekeeping meeting for training purposes. We love to hear what we did right, but are equally interested in where we can improve to make each person’s stays better. I am sorry that our beds were not as comfortable as you would like. We use a very good Marriott brand of mattresses, but each person has a different comfort level. I again am sorry that they were not to your liking. I do hope that should you return to Spokane, we can once again be of service to you.

We are very happy that you chose to stay with us, but are disappointed and curious about your stay as it seemed to be a negative experience for you.
