Location is vwry convinient and staff was great. However hut tub out all weekend and bed mattress so soft its painfull.

Our vehicle window was smashed out in the night with items stolen. Not a very good or safe area.

Thank you for your response back to us. I do understand your frustration with your automobiles’ window being broken. We try our best to keep our lot monitored as much as we can. It is an unfortunate comment on the increasing presents in the homeless population in Spokane and an ongoing problem for not only us but all of the Downtown properties. We have reached out to the police several times, and they just mention the best we can do is to inform guest to lock their cars, and keep valuables out of view. Not real helpful for anyone.

Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about your stay with us. We appreciate it very much I am glad that you enjoyed the location of the hotel. The Centennial trail makes it easy to walk to places without the frustration of trying to drive to locations with in the downtown corridor.
