The 1st room received was not serviced, so I had to get another room. There was a half-consumed pop in the fridge of the second room and the TV did not work due to not being hooked up to cable/internet service. This clerk was apologetic but not helpful stating he didn't know what to do about the TV. No Coffee or Snack center as advertised.

We never even ended up staying. Walked in and turned right back around to check out. Absolutely filthy

was a little dirty, door was ajar when we went to our room only 1 bed had a conforter other only had sheets

The on-site manager called me to ask if the room was OK. This was extraordinary. We talked about adjusting the shower curtain and options for coffee in the morning. I felt she really cared about her guests.
