Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HotelsBed was comfortable, outside side door doesn’t lock, trash in bags sitting outside garbage can in hallway, room good size, a/c looked new and worked, has a pool but I didn’t use, room was ok

I did not have house cleaning services for the four nights I was there.

Reserved a room online and finally after 15 minutes of waiting in office got key only to get a key to a room that was already occupied. Go downstairs get another room only to have a key to another room that was occupied. Went back and got yet another room but the key didn't work so we through the key in drop box and left to find a different hotel. Place smells terrible. Totally run down. Save your money for a different hotel.. DONT GO HERE!

The bathroom light was flicking and needs changing.
The towel holders (circle frame holders) were loose and coming off when I pulled out the towel from the rack. Everything else was fine.
