The room was very dirty. We have pet allergies, and there was a substantial amount of pet hair in the room, as well. The staff was friendly, but the stay was unpleasant.

I like the spacious room and comfortable bed. I also like the easy access to our room as well as close parking. The desk, office chair and refrigerator and microwave are nice too! I appreciate the front room and closet/ luggage area being spacious as well. This was a great value for a low affordable rate. Oh also they serve breakfast too!

Power in our room went out, had to change rooms, both rooms were sub par, 1st room sticky bathroom counter, shower water only luke warm, 2nd room, dirty socks under bathroom sink, used Q-tips on the floor. TV in 1st room quit working before the power shut off. Stains on one of the bed spreads, & my wife found someones hair in her bed. My wife wont allow us to stay here again.

Staff at front was very accommodating ….once I made aware of conditions Carpet smelled, so had to go buy slides to walk with in the room. Heater was not secured to wall tight so cold air completed with heater all night, so clicked on and off constantly Shower was not clean and refrigerator did.Not work

The hotel is outdated and worn. If you need a place to stay for a few nights it’s ok. It is okay to Spokane Valley Mall, and plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance.
