Super great staff! Nice rooms and comfy beds. Clean. Good coffee 24 hrs a day.

I booked this property 4 months out for a road trip with one element being the hot tub. I would have never booked at this hotel if I was told the hot tub not working. No notification that this was down. My traveling companies all went to local store to purchase blankets as the blankets provided were disgusting.
One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I’ll never be back.

Pros:
• The night staff member was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating.
Cons:
• The room had an unpleasant odor, reminiscent of dog urine.
• The pool was unsanitary, with floating hair and other debris present.
• The hot tub was non-functional throughout our stay.
• The room cleanliness was inadequate, with visible dust and hair in the bathroom from previous guests.
• The microwave was inoperative.
• The carpet was damp.
Additional Note: We chose not to leave early as we had traveled from Canada and lacked the time to find alternative accommodations, as well as to avoid incurring a charge for departing without a 24-hour notice.
Recommendation: Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Had to get key reprogrammed twice.

Non smoking room had smoke come out of it with opening. Unable to change rooms. Staff said to open window but it was stuck
