Spent too much time waiting in the valet line to be told to park across the street and then went across the street to the other valet line where I waited again to be told I am in the wrong parking garage. On top of that, Im charged $28 to park at a hotel that I paid to stay at? What hotel charges guests to park at their facility?!

Gorgeous property in a perfect area of town. We enjoyed walking around Spokane and hotel was mostly quiet. The staff at the bar did seem understaffed but they were very pleasant and friendly.

Loved the beds. I'm a bed snob and towel snob. Both were amazing. Second timers to this hotel. Braakfast was by far the best we've had on our trip.
Highly recommended this hotel!!!!

Great stay for theater goers or visitors who enjoy the heart of downtown. The hotel and guest rooms are absolutely lovely--a rare treat in Spokane. The only reason I did not give 5 stars all the way across the board--the edges of our duvet covers that were tucked under the mattress were still damp when we pulled them out to go to bed at 11PM. Too late to call housekeeping so we made do but an unwelcome surprise.
