Très bien située, pour rayonner dans le sud des pouilles, belle et spacieuse maison de village très bien équipée, avec une très agréable piscine. Bon accueil et communication facile avec Dario. Parfait !

Huis is geweldig , erg goed voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Voor 7 a 8 mensen ideaal. Ondersteuning daar door Anna en Tocvo is geweldig.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa casa a Spongano. Spazi ottimali per un gruppo come noi di 10 persone. Annarita persona squisita e sempre disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza. Alloggio assolutamente consigliato!

The house is amazing, and it is very well equipped. Dario’s team, Anaritta and Rocco, were very lovely and helpful. Overall, great summer vacation’s house.

Très belle maison ancienne, très bien rénovée et magnifiquement décorée avec beaucoup de goût. La maison est très bien équipée avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour faire la cuisine comme à la maison. La terrasse, le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables, cela donne envie de rester à la maison toute la journée. Nous sommes restés 10 jours (2 familles avec deux enfants chaque une) et avons passé un magnifique séjour. Les enfants quand à eux se sont beaucoup amusés dans la maison et la piscine. La localisation est bien pour découvrir la région du sud des Pouilles, néanmoins les belles plages de sable sont un peu loin (entre 30 min et 1 heure de voiture). Il y a cependant de beaux endroits pas loin avec des petites criques très jolies, en plus des villes à visiter absolument (Gallipolli, Otranto, Lecce). Annarita a été très accueillante et sympathique, et nous a préparé un très bon repas Italien!

My family, which consists of my husband and 3 children aged between 7 and 12, and I were meeting my parents and siblings with their spouses in these refurbished 3 connected flats. The house is in the centre of this small town, it has on-street parking, it can get busy at times but it has never been an issue. Once you step through the big gate, you enter a sheltered area. There are 3 entrances to the house. One goes to the upstairs flat, and 2 to the main flat downstairs. The other flat's entrance is from the courtyard. All 3 flats are connected through a secure courtyard. We had most of our meals in the courtyard. 2 flats are totally independent and have their own kitchen. The access to the swimming pool is through the 3rd flat. Family with young children would need to be extra careful, the pool is about 1.5metres all the way. Our 7 year old was out of his depths but he is a good swimmer. The house was very well provided with lots of utensils, dishes, glasses and pans/saucepans. It even had washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, many dishclothes, washing up powder. The only thing missing was a microwave. There is one small TV in the main flat downstairs, however we never used it. The cleaning ladies came twice a week and were accommodating. The maintenance of the pool occurred daily but it never impacted us. We were very well looked after by the people who managed the administration of the house. They were really friendly and helpful. We were very happy there and definitely consider going back. It is well located to many beautiful beaches. It is close to supermarkets, pharmacies, pizzerias and a bar,

STRUTTURA BEN DISTRIBUITA, BENE ARREDATA E GIARDINO CON PISCINA SUFFICIENTEMENTE OTTIMALE

La casa è splendida, sia per la sua struttura originale, sia per come è stata ristrutturata. La divisione in più nuclei abitativi, tipica della casa a corte, è l’ideale per un gruppo di amici perché rende possibile che ognuno abbia la propria privacy. Gli spazi comuni sono belli e vivibilissimi. La presenza e l’assistenza di Annarita e Rocco arricchisce il soggiorno di confort e di ottimi saperi salentini. Il Salento nella sua forma migliore.
