We are able to take our boat and launch it right from the driveway - which is a MASSIVE selling point. We enjoyed spending time here with our son & daughter-in-law from England. Not just fishing, but playing cornhole, UNO, foosball, ping-pong - AND cooking some knockout meals. And the deck! Absolutely stunning no matter what time of day.
