Decent place to stay with cool design
Publié le 12 sept. 2016 sur ExpediaAlthough the place looks pretty ordinary from the outside, it has a Frank Lloyd Wright vibe, which is carried out in the rooms. Nothing fancy but the clean and simple lines are pleasing to the eye. Comfortable beds, nicely updated bathroom. Great location for theater nights.

The WRIGHT hotel for a Taliesin Visit!
Publié le 12 sept. 2016 sur HotelsI stayed at this hotel as it was designed using Frank Lloyd Wright's thought process for affordable housing after the depression. I was in town to tour Mr. Wright's house and studio (Taliesin). The hotel was a nice compliment to my visit to this national treasure and helped me attempt to think as Wright did when designing his house/studio/farm, etc.

Room was small with no closet, dresser, or phone. Cell service was minimal. Thought we were going to have a tub and fireplace but did not.

This remodeled 1948 apprentice of Frank Lloyd Wright could not have been more cute! Would I take kids here...not unless it's a quick sleep over as there isn't any pool or fun activities unless they are happy running in lots of grassy area. The owners/managers (?) are sweet people from Romania! This was a treat!
