I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in [Location] and was disappointed with my experience. Upon arrival, the room had a strong, unpleasant smell of humidity. Additionally, the sheets were slightly dirty and had a musty odor. To make matters worse, the room did not have a microwave, which was inconvenient for warming my baby's food and milk. While the customer service was kind enough to offer us a different room, the initial experience was quite unpleasant. I would recommend that the hotel pay more attention to cleanliness and amenities to ensure a more comfortable stay for guests.

Thank you for your business and for your review. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We are going to go through renovations soon due to change of ownership and also have budgeted to invest in microwaves. However, this is not a brand standard and for our guest's convenience we do have one in the lobby. Our guests' comments are always taken into consideration as it helps us make improvements for our future guests.
