Great weekend escape

Weeki Wachee trip Labor Day weekend 2024
Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur 1st trip to the river and it did not disappoint. This house is located around the corner from a public ramp and boat rental place. In addition to kayaking, we also rented a skiff and went east up the river for the day for about $125. Tina's place is a great space for family to enjoy. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of spices. Host is very responsive as well!
We hope to book again soon.

Hi Melanie, I truly am sorry that you and your friends didn’t get a chance to see this beautiful, crystal clear river that the little House sits on during your stay. What you did see were tannins, a result of too much rain. Tannins are harmless but with a lot of rain, they will discolor the water making it look like sweet tea. I sincerely hope you will consider giving us another try so you can experience this magical river for yourself. Tina

Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe almost had to bail on this trip due to family emergency but thankfully, we made it and it was exactly what we needed to reset. The spot is perfect, the bedroom was beautiful and so comfortable. Great spot and we would definitely return.

Perfect Getaway on Weeki Wachee
Publié le 14 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed it. We used the 2 person kayak at the house and kayaked up the spring and back. We saw several manatees. The house and the yard were set up perfect. We loved the back porch with all the windows and enjoyed watching all of the boats and kayaks go by. Tina was very nice and responsive. House had several amenities for the guests. We can’t wait to come back

Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HomeAwayour great-grandchildren from Montana had a ball swimming in the river. even at the end of July, we saw manatees swim by, including a mama and her baby, and large pair of snapping turtles. wish we brought our smoking bug candles for the yard and shampoo and conditioner. very friendly neighbor. comfy and clean.

The 4th At Weeki
