We have stayed here in the past but this was our last. The breakfast was so disappointing as it consisted of dry/old prepackaged muffins and coffee! Some fruit loops and bran flakes. TERRIBLE!

Run down, smells like smoke
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HotelsAwful. The entire place reeks of smoke. The breakfast area is dirty. There is no cleaning staff. We had to ask for clean towels and the front desk was clearly not interested in giving them to us. Really run down and gross.

We have stayed at this property 3 times to be exact. I reserved handicap room awhile before arrival. when checking in, I was told I only reserved king room. I said I reserved a handicap room, which I was not given because the motel computer said king room. I confirmed reservation with my printed copy for king disability accessible room. after the motel rep looked at the paper for a moment then he suddenly told me there were no handicap rooms available. I need rails for the bathroom. I need access room which is why it was specified on my reservation. After his stalling, telling me I could not get discount and could only offer me a king room even after I explained I needed the rails for the bathroom. he proceeded to say I could get the room for one night, no discount pay the full price for 2 nights reserved, but could call motel to cancel if i chose somewhere else. I asked to speak with manager on duty and he told me I had to speak with him. very unprofessional. very disappointed in the whole process. I contacted corporate offices same night and filed a complaint. to add my reservation should have been canceled. when speaking with corporate 15 minutes later, my reservation was still in the computer, never cancelled. do not recommend!!!

The hotel was dirty, had roaches, the sink facet had little pressure and the shower water was cold, never got warm.

TV QUIT WORKING EVERYDAY. HAD TO RENEW THE KEY CARD EVERYDAY

Had to renew the key card everyday. TV quit working everyday.

Our room had cockroaches and mold. The key card lock to our door broke and we had to go to the front desk to fix it. The breakfast was very limited with brown orange juice and waffles that tasted very off.
