This beautiful apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a kitchenette/living room. The location offers spectacular views of Zion Canyon. The apartment will sleep 5 adults. The bedroom has 1 king size bed 1 queen size bunkbed set. The living room has a fold out sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, full size private washer/dryer. You will find anything you need for your stay.
Conveniently located only 0.1 mile from the southwest entrance of Zion National Park! Skip the car parking hassle during your stay. (1 parking spot included with booking additional parking spots $30/day) A short walk across the street takes you into the park and the visitor center, the nearest shuttle stops are located next door and across the street. Walk to great shops, art galleries, fabulous Zion National Park and CHARMING Springdale, Utah. The apartment has a private residential entrance located on the second floor above a Subway restaurant and coffee shop.

Springdale has been named by Forbes Traveler among one of the 20 'prettiest towns' in the United States in 2008. It is also one of fastest growing tourist destinations in the United States, with 4 million people visiting Zion National Park each year. Photographers flock to the area year round to capture the beauty of the area.

During the months of March-October, the free Zion Canyon Shuttle stops just steps away from the property. The shuttle stops at nine locations in Springdale and nine locations in Zion National Park, so you never have to use your car during your stay!

Drives to Bryce Canyon, The North Rim of Grand Canyon, Lake Powell and Cedar Breaks are a short distance away.

PERFECT location to walk to Zion NP!
We absolutely LOVED our time in this VRBO right outside the entrance to Zion! We walked every day into the park! Quick access to the Zion NP shuttle! It was great to go do a hike and then come back and rest before going back to do another hike! It was a great short drive (1 hr along the beautiful scenic 12 to get to Kanab for a Coral Cliff's Peek-a-boo canyon tour!) The owner was quick to answer my many questions! It was very nice to have a Subway below the apt for quick grab and go dinner after a long day of hiking. The smell of fresh bread in the morning (only in the hallways outside the unit) was delightful too, but it wasn't overwhelming! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook a nice dinner! The beds were SO comfortable! The water was nice and hot for great showers after a long day of hiking! I have told all my friends about this location and plan to return to stay in this same spot when we come back to Zion again! Indiana family of 5 gives this 5 stars!!

Extremely Convenient
This property served as an excellent second stop for our trip through three national parks. It is within walking distance to the Zion park entrance, stores and restaurants. The property was quiet, clean, and had all the amenities you could need. It also has the bonus of a Subway/Pizza shop below for a quick grab n' go meal.

Great location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Springdale staying at this VRBO. Premium location with amazing views. Perfect size for me and my husband. Very walkable for the entire town of Springdale and so close to Zion National Park. We parked our car and didn’t need it till 6 days later when we drive to Zion Kolob Canyons. Host was very easy to work with. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect location!
We stayed here 3 nights and visited Zion National Park. Location was literally across the highway from the entrance to the park. Simply park your car and don’t worry about it until time to depart. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. The condo has all the home conveniences including a washer and dryer. Highly recommend this VRBO!

We had a wonderful few nights at this property. It had ample space for four adults and it was clean. The best part is how close the property is to the Zion entrance and it's only a short walk to hop on the park shuttles.

This unit is above a Subway restaurant. I expected some noise issues but had none. What we did not expect was that if you open the curtains for the big windows in the photo EVERYONE in the parking lot is looking in. I would suggest an awning of some type to block some of the parking lot view and move the spotlights at the roof peak on that same side to the front of that awning.

This property was a bit quirky but perfect for our stay! It’s across the street from the national park!!! A two minute walk to groceries, multiple restaurants, bike rentals, hiking equipment, and the buses. With a dedicated parking spot, you couldn’t ask for more. It was our cool oasis with the best view!

Lovely, clean apartment in an amazing location!
This apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay at Zion for our family of 6 with 2 adults and 4 kids. It is the closest to the park that you could possibly be, with the shuttle up the canyon directly across from the property. I notified Jack that we would be using the futon, and he brought us extra sheets as soon as possible. The apartment is above Subway, but you would never know once you are inside. The smells of the restaurant penetrate the hallway, but not the apartment. The apartment is equipped with laundry and detergent, which we appreciated after getting wet hiking the Narrows! It also has a kitchenette. No oven, but a cooktop and microwave for light cooking. Highly recommend!

Comfort and Location!
We originally had planned to camp at Watchman inside the park but were grateful to change plans when temperatures were 113° in July. What a find! This property doesn’t lie when it says right across the street from Zion’s West entrance. As cars stacked up early in the morning, we walked across the street, over the bridge, through the walking entrance and over to the shuttle in no time. The apartment is spacious, even for a family of five. Beds are comfortable and what a treat to come back to A/C after hiking in the heat. Messaging with the host was helpful and prompt. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Zion.

Solid Choice without frills
It isn’t fancy but for price point and location it’s a gem. The view in #1 is amazing. Location is across street from Zion entrance. It does smell like subway and pizza in the hallway but it didn’t bother us (my kids love both places). Romantic getaway maybe not, but really awesome place overall. Just go in with proper expectations which we did, and we loved it! I would absolutely stay again!

Awesome Little Condo
First, there is hot water. I know previous reviews had issues with it but the bathroom has been completely updated and the hot water was awesome. And enough for a family. Overall the condo is super cute and comfortable. It’s beautiful to water the sun come up over the mountains in the morning. The location is about as good as it gets and you’re able to walk across the street and enter the park and grab a shuttle. Because of the location, stargazing is also awesome and easy. It is above a Subway restaurant but there is almost no noise from below - only an occasional door opening and closing. Highly recommend!

For someone visiting Zion this place is absolutely the best! The gate is right next door, there is free parking for the renter, multiple restaurants within walking distance, and the feeling of privacy you can’t get from a big hotel or condo complex. The owner was so helpful in showing us where to go. The place seems recently updated. The beds are so comfy. Plenty of space, and laundry in unit. The view from the bedroom was spectacular all day long. The unit had everything you need to enjoy your visit to the park. Beautiful new fridge and also had some cooking basics which is so nice to find. Would stay here again.

Perfect for zion
This place is as close to Zion as you can get without being in the park, which made it very easy to catch the first shuttle into Zion from the visitor center. The closeness to the park means it’s a little further from shops and restaurants, but it is right by the town shuttle so this wasn’t an issue for us. The apartment has everything we needed for our stay and was very comfortable. The shower is the only downfall of this place, getting any hot water is a struggle, like 30 seconds of hot water followed by ice. If you’re like me and like hot showers, this is a problem. Seems to happen no matter what time of day we tried to shower. Also, this is above a Subway so the hallway to the apartment has that distinctive smell but inside the apartment isn’t bad.

We really love the location with exceptional views! It took us a little bit to adjust the heating and cooling in both rooms, but we enjoyed having the big open spaces and the ability to wash our clothes after several hikes.

Perfect spot for our little family trip
My husband and I stayed here with our 2 little boys (3 and 6 years old) on our first trip to Zion National Park. This location couldn’t have been better! Right across the street from the walking/biking entrance and trail and close to all the restaurants and bike shops. The spot is super cute with a spacious bedroom layout. My husband and I both commented on the quality of everything - super nice appliances and furniture. The check in process was super easy and the instructions are very clear. We will definitely book here again on our next trip :)
