Great place for our family
Publié le 5 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was perfect for a family of five including three adult children. It was the perfect size 2 bedrooms and a very comfortable pullout sofa bed. The bathroom set up was great with the toilet and bathtub and shower in one room and dual sinks outside of it so that people could work at the sinks while somebody was in the bathroom
We wanted to be close to the national park and this property is very close, within about a mile of the gate of the national park. It is also located among a number of coffee houses, restaurants, outdoor sports outfitters and gift shops.

Wonderful Place to Stay
Publié le 18 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe rental is in the center of Springdale with restaurants, coffee shops and a bike shop within very close proximity. The rental is extremely clean, spacious and very comfortable. I highly recommend staying at this location.

Conveniently located, clean stay!
Publié le 11 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had an amazing time staying here. It was clean, the kitchen has everything we needed to cook there, and they even had hiking sticks for use! As a heads up, the floors are very thin, so did you are a light sleeper, the upstairs.unit may keep you up.

Beautiful views. Very close to Zion. Has everything you need. Look around there were hiking sticks available that we didn't see until last day.
Upstairs can get loud and you hear them.
One bedrooms was very cold one was not cold.

Great Springdale vacation

Great location, spacious
Publié le 24 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe location is fantastic. It's a 20-minute walk to the park entrance and there are good restaurants, coffee shops, a laundromat, gas station and grocery store right on top of you.
There is a spacious full kitchen if you want to cook. We have 4 people and never felt crammed.
There were a lot of thoughtful touches, plenty of living room seating, bikes for rent right outside and a shuttle stop on the street. Visit the candy shop next to the laundry mat!
We could clearly hear the people upstairs, likely a family with kids, running around in the mornings, but it didn't negatively impact our stay. Even with crowds just outside our door at the bike shop, the noise didnt seem to travel into the apartment, and the solid blinds give you a sense of privacy.
Host was responsive and welcoming. We would absolutely stay again.

We had an excellent stay! The owner was so helpful and attentive. Our boys used the sleeper sofa in the living room, it’s the nicest sleeper ever! So convenient to restaurants and everything you need for a great Zion visit.
