They have dish tv but cant get a signal - and hidden in the fine print they want $12 a night to park your car at their hotel? Would advise staying closer yo the Park - this place isn't worth it

Wonderful stay. Will stay again in the future. My only gripe is I wish their beautiful pool was heated. Such a waste during the cold season.

Love this place. Location is amazing, view from room outstanding. Room was comfortable and quiet. The staff at check in were very nice. Only challenge was the TV didn’t get any reception. It appears they are going through a remodel so no restaurant but the area has so many options within easy walking distance it wasn’t an issue. I would have liked a microwave in the room.

Convenient location. Easy to access park and food options. Hotel did not have onsite dining during our stay but the restaurant was under construction. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was nicely furnished. The big plus was the the large closet to store our luggages so they’re out of the way.

When you book a specific type room anything less I feel cheated. Booked a room with a sofa and bed and got a room with a bed, no place to sit other than bed. Also room was not ready until an hour after check in Tim although I was there an hour early. Felt this was bait and switch. Will try to avoid Marriott properties going forward.

L’accoglienza è stata gradevole, la stanza elegante, ben arredata e perfettamente pulita e profumata oltreché grande (Alloggiavamo in una suite). La zona è tranquilla, il parcheggio ampio e gratuito, ed è pieno di locali, bar e ristoranti nei dintorni. A 3 minuti a piedi, inoltre, si trova la fermata dello shuttle per raggiungere l’interno dello Zion National Park ed un comodo rent di biciclette, dico questo, perché gran parte dell’anno il parco rimane chiuso alla percorrenza in auto privata, dunque si è obbligati ad usufruire del servizio di navette (Gratuito) o percorrerlo a piedi/in bicicletta. Piccola nota negativa, le camere ravvicinate ed i corridoi esterni (pavimento in assi di legno) non ci hanno permesso di dormire tranquilli, alle 5:30 della mattina c’era già un grandissimo rumore di valige che scorrono sopra le assi di legno e per forza di cose ti svegli, anche avendo un sonno pesante. Sarebbe ottimale avvisare gli ospiti quando possibile di rispettare gli orari di silenzio e magari adottare soluzioni alternative per il trasporto dei bagagli, perché davvero, sembrava stesse cadendo a pezzi mezzo lodge.

The price value ratio is disproportionate. It's a very basic accommodation which can only demand its prices thanks to its proximity to Zion National Park. The rooms are basic and large but very dark. The swimming pool is freezing cold and most people didn't enter it, however there is a nice and warm whirlpool right next to the pool. The reception area got renovated while we were there, so the hotel made a make do reception area right next door. In terms of service, one day, the cleaners forgot to continue making the room so we got back to one bed completely stripped of all bedding. The cleaners never restocked the coffee capsules and cream. In terms of convenience, there is a free shuttle bus service to Zion Canyon not far away from the hotel.
