Hi, sorry about you experience over the weekend. Your reservation came through as a SMOKING 1 KING BED, due to us being sold out, we did not have a room to move you into. So with that being said, we are constantly replacing the bedding in our smoking rooms due to the burn holes. A lot of smokers do no care if they drop the cig on the bed and burn the bedding. Hopefully we will be smoke free in the near future.As far as bugs, we did check the room, and we did not find anything, the bug guy was here spraying all the up stairs rooms on Monday, and sometimes after he sprays you will see bugs coming in from the outside. He sprays all around the outside of the rooms.Again I am very sorry that we could not move you to a different room. With that being said, if you book with a third party, always call the hotel direct to make sure you have the correct room type.

The bathroom door didn’t come close to shutting all the way!

When I was checking in I told them I had a reservation. They didn't show the same reservation I had. i told her that I needed 2 queen beds she was telling me it was only one bed. She finally got my 2 beds. i asked about the cont. Breakfeast coffee and muffin not what i was expectiong. This is not a quality Wyndam property. The lady was rude and very nice. So much for customer service. They erased my resvervation and made a new one costing me $50.00 extra dollars.. Thanks for reading.

I am truly sorry you had a bad experience, but on another note, we have NO control over 3rd reservations, they just send the reservations through, regardless of what we actually have available. When we have a very busy sold out weekend, we get several that come through the 3rds parties that are not correct. The fact that you gave us a 2 out of 10 for their mistake is really not fair to us. You were lucky that she had a cancellation that day and that she could move you to a double, most of the time we do not have a room to move the guest into. I always tell guests that IF you book through a 3rd party to save money, call the hotel and make sure you have the correct room, that assures you that your room was booked correctly

I would had enjoyed myself there, but I was uncomfortable and scared because I had a baby lizard in my room and I almost ran into a spiderweb outside down the hall so I did not enjoy myself. I was very uncomfortable looking for another lizard in my room, so I was very tired, the days I was there

I do apologize for the lizard in your room, I can say that is a first for us! The housekeepers leave leave the doors open when cleaning a room, so I guess he snuck in. Again I do apologize.Have a blessed day!

Stay was ok… but check in was difficult due to the fact that Hotels.com did not have my preferred card listed for this stay… Another card that I no longer have was listed so checkin was confusing.

I am sorry that you felt the need to take away points for your stay, when we honestly cannot control what the 3rd parties do when you book through them. It does get a little confusing with 3rd party bookings. I hope that you will give us a try at a later date.Have a blessed week!
