So if you're looking for a ritzy upscale property that has all of the luxuries of a modern home this isnt your place. However if you want a place that feels like a home, has what you need to be comfortable, is clean and a nice quiet place to lay your head after a good day of skiing at Angel Fire (1.25 hours away) and at a good price then this place is well worth it. 7 people were with us and we were comfortable. Property manager was more than helpful and helped us with any needs. Will be back.

The house was so nostalgic. We totally loved the house and the host. The host went above & beyond for us. We hope to stay there again next year.

Property was spacious, clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and home was well stocked with towels and bedding. The owners were very knowledgeable and friendly as well. It was much nicer than staying in a hotel room. Bring your own entertainment if you need something to do.

Outdated and Unprepared for visitors

This house looks like grandma just moved out and left everything behind. The plumbing doesn't work properly and has been documented in their sign-in book for some time-Not fixed yet. The property was not ready for guests-unmade beds, linens not clean, toilets dirty. We stayed 1 night out of 2 because we had no where else we could go! Checked in about 5:00 p.m. and left at 8:00 a.m. the following morning.
