After being on the road for two days, I was in desperate need of a bed and some rest. What I got was a horrible check-in experience. You initially put me in a room that was at the end of a hallway where all the rooms around me were under construction and I did not feel safe at the end of a renovation hallway. The second room you moved me to had no electricity. Finally the owner put me in a handicap accessible room that was good enough. I’ll look elsewhere for accommodations in the future.

Clean, comfortable, great price.
We had the Keihne suite. The room is everything it's picture online shows and more. Very clean and spacious. Lots of room for sitting and luggage. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Christmas light parade getaway
My wife and I made a trip to Sprinerville AZ for their Christmas celebration weekend. Our room at Howard Johnson's was awesome. Very spacious suite with whirlpool tub. We frequent the Springerville area often and look forward to our next stay.

What a dump
Simply the biggest dump I have ever stayed in (I'm 66 and have traveled my entire life). Avoid this place. Stay in Greer.

I arrived early and they wanted to charged me $20 to check in early so I just said I would come back later and then I came back and I had to wait almost an hour before my room was ready!! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and will never stay here again 🙃 not worth $100 for this terrible room!!

It works for a place to crash for the night
Was a last minute book. Staff was s friendly. Facility was clean. Basically a motel 6 type setup. Parking lot view, brightly lit curtains let in a lot of light at night. Can hear most neighbors around. Was inexpensive and felt safe.

Room was right by the street - noisy - there were so many other rooms available. Front door was stuck, had to call the front desk for help. The toilet wouldn't flush at night. The air conditioner was loud needs maintenance or replaced.

You get what you pay for! $100 got us a decent night sleep but no hot shower. 2 day stay and no hot water to shower with. Was told that “Everyone must have been using it at the same time” It provided a roof over our heads while we needed it so the room served it’s purpose

What can I say…
Average experience. The room was a little on the dirty side. Honestly not sure if the sheets had been changed because they did not appear tight on the bed and seemed like they hadn’t been changed. The carpet seemed like it hadn’t been vacuumed and the bathroom was dated and not very clean. The room would have been acceptable if it was around $50, but it was double that.
