The room and even the entire property overall were clean. In pretty decent shape. Bed was comfortable, went to sleep almost as soon as I laid down. Staff is friendly.

Because I used Expedia, I was not allowed to check in until 4 PM even though there were rooms for occupancy. Eventually, they accommodated me, but not without a hassle. You had to stand on a table in the room to turn on the air conditioner. He made coffee, especially for me at 5:30 in the morning, which was greatly appreciated.

Dave, Thank you for your review, We apologize for the inconvenience in that you were unable to check in until 4pm. Generally a hotel has a check in of 3pm which gives the hotel an opportunity to clean the rooms for the next days check ins. There are times when it may seem that there are rooms available to rent but there are valid reasons as to why they may not be able to. How the hotel was designed as to where the HVAC units are located even baffle us to this very day and to move them is not an option. Glad you at least able to enjoy a cup of coffee while you were waiting. Again , thank you for your review and your business.
