Hotel did not have my PREPAID reservation
Publié le 8 août 2016 sur ExpediaI was asked for feedback from Expedia by email on Aug 1. Not doing a second one. Maybe I am beginning to see why the hotel didn't have my reservation. Very disappointed in this whole transaction.

Do not stay here!

When I asked how long it takes for the room to heat up, since it was very cold in there and below freezing outside, he said "No one has ever complained about that room before. Nobody means nobody." He then sent a space heater with me to take back to the room. The walls were cinder blocks, the window unit blew hot then cool air when it was on the highest heat setting. Everything was mismatched and the bathroom was in rough shape. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!! Horrible!!!
