They overbooked so there were no rooms.left, had to drive an hour to find another hotel

Sorry you had to experience that. For future reference call the hotel ahead of time to see if rooms are available.

This place was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating, especially Seth. I would definitely stay there again.

Such great people that work there! I would suggest getting better coffee. It was so weak we had to leave the hotel to get some. Better sheets would be great to consider too. Maybe some with deeper pockets so they don’t keep coming off. Over all the best hotel In Springfield for sure.

NO coffee during early hours ? I like to get up and go, don't need a 7am breakfast. 3 story hotel, NO elevator, really..... Grab your bag and climb ... Quite frankly, way overpriced.

A very nice hotel in a sleepy little town. Our room was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected. If we ever have reason to be in this area again, we would definitely stay here.
