They let us check in early with no problem. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed is so comfy. Will definitely stay again.

Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HotelsNeeds a deep cleaning, the carpets were so bad I put towels down to walk on. The wall A/C unit had 1 setting and thats what was on when I arrived. The filter was filthy and the bathroom ceilings vent was just as bad. The odor of room was like mildew, dirty feet and pets. The carpets in the stairwell should be replaced last yr, I took stairwell do to long wait for elevator. I think only hotel had 3 floors, I was on floor 2 & had romper room on 3rd floor above me going on at 10:30pm. I went down to the desk and asked them to please address the problem. Finally at 11:05 rompers finally kept it down to a minimal. The staff was curtious and breakfest was ok. I will not be back...

Dear LisaI'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay,We had a college ball team in house .My front desk contacted the coach as soon as your complaint was made.
