We had a nice stay

Carpet in hall was dirty and worn,room smelt musty floor was sticky no hot water in am.

The hallway smells moldy and looks dirty. Inside the room, it is dusty and messy. The breakfast area also appears unclean.

The Good:
A Mall, Many Restaurants and Asian, Indian and other grocery shops near by. A very fit person could walk to these places.
Room was clean. One burner in kitchen was not working but I did not report it.
Ample parking space.
The Bad :
Water in kitchen was hot but looks like the water in the shower was premixed with cold water and was not hot enough to have a bath.
Suggest the hotel plumbing reduce the cold water mix. A compromise with reduced water pressure.
Breakfast was more of a mini snack and less of a breakfast. Oats may be sufficient for some. Best make your own breakfast in kitchen.
