This was the cleanest hotel I have stayed in recently. Staff friendly and polite. Breakfast offerings where plentiful and fresh. Rooms are spacious and welcoming. Love the ammenities in the bathroom the bottles of shampoo, soap and lotion are in large bottles with pumps on hangers easily dispensed.

Sheets didn’t feel clean found a hair in the bed good indication the sheet still on the bed from previous ocupant.

Friendly staff & maintenance.
After a long day of travel we wanted to watch a movie. It took close to 2 hours before the tv was functional. When you spend 200-plus, you kind of expect to be in a room with a TV.

Our apologies for the delay in getting your tv fixed. This admittedly should have been caught prior to assigning the room to a guest. When we found out there was an issue with the tv, were you offered the ability to change rooms to make sure you didn't have to wait for it to be fixed? We will be taking your feedback to the team and working with them on improving in this area.
