Except for the weird smell in the room everything was good. Breakfast :was above everage Gym: one of the smallest Gym i saw in hotel Pool: looked like it was heated but no. Personel: very kind and helpfull!!! Around the hotel: Dillon's liquor store Casino Carwash Restaurant: Red Rose Pizza ( very good pizza)

Reserved at this hotel at full price to get a kitchenette in order to prepare meals for an Ironman race. Kitchenette only had a mini fridge as any other room and a microwave. No plates, pots, utensils or anything which would make it a kitchenette. Also the bathroom ceiling was falling apart. TV screen could not be position in order to watch from the bed or the sofa as a lamp was directly in front of it. Worse hotel ever.

Good afternoon Giles, We are sorry we fell short of your expectation of the kitchenette offered in our studio suites. Our kitchenettes do have a sink, fridge, microwave, ice & coffee station, and cabinet, all separate from the rest of the room; as can be seen from the pictures we have posted of our rooms we do not advertise a stove nor cooking apparatus. We do appreciate you reporting the bathroom ceiling as we've had our maintenance team already on it! We look forward to a renovation this year to update and make the improvements necessary.We thank you for staying with us and are glad you shared your experience. Les gens sont sympathiques, propreté correct .... salle de bain plus problématique miroirs non laver et cheveux,poils autour et dans la douche, aucune fan fonctionnel.Près d'un grand casino avec ses restaurants ce qui est agréable.

Très bel hôtel à proximité du Hall of fame de basketball qui était la raison de notre visite à Springfield. Par contre, le quartier laisse à désirer. La piscine est très petite. Mais le déjeuner très complet. Établissement moderne et très propre!

Beds were comfortable, view was nice. Shower wasn't clean. The fridge smelled so bad that when i opened it, the odor just spread to the entire room, for the whole night. Parking looks like a dumpster.
