The rooms were solid. Clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was fantastic. The lobby looks very cheap and not the cleanest. Breakfast was okay, cold. There was a cheerleading thing going on so the hotel was overrun by small cheerleaders. From 5 am on the families on our floor had their doors open and kids making a lot of noise. So just something to look out for when j return to Springfield this time next year.

We generally do not like to get hotels in the middle of a large city, but this hotel was wonderful. Free parking, very close access to Springfield's 5 museums, and an excellent breakfast. I give this place high praise!

Overall a GREAT hotel! Stayed one night for a work trip. Checking in was a breeze and room was HUGE. Very clean and lots of windows to allow for natural light which makes a difference. Breakfast was great…tons of option and a really nice eating area. Walking distance to everything downtown. Will stay again!
