First of all, the staff was nice and helpful in solving problems. However, the property condition was terrible. The door lock occasionally malfunctioned. It can't be opened sometimes. It occurred three times during my one-night stay. The worst part of my stay was a huge noise in my bathroom that occurred at 2 am. It sounded like a huge vibrating machine hitting the wall. It lasted about half an hour.

Gross grounds!
This hotel is very nice inside. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well there! My biggest complaint was that the available grass for walking my dog was completely nasty! Apparently, there is no one tending to the grounds because the available spots for walking were full of poop!

The staff was helpful and polite. Our main complaints was that the room shower only had lukewarm water which quickly turned cold within 2 min of showing. We were on the 4th floor, so I doubt water pressure is an issue! My husband also found that the biscuits near the breakfast bread looked a bit moldy and did his best to avoid the bread/biscuits that seemed to have been siting out for a while. The walls were thin, so it was easy to hear foodsteps and people talking in the corridor at night. On the plus side, the hotel does accept pets and the pet fee is very reasonable.
