Hi Everett,As I understand it, you never stayed at the hotel. That you called to cancel a non-refundable reservation that you received a major discount for booking this way. I am sorry you do not agree with the charges.

Home away from home.

Was very comfortable and up to date with appliances, every thing was there that I needed from dishes to toaster and even an ice maker in the freezer. I’ll be returning again and again with every visit to Springfield.

It rained 2 nights that we were there, I barely heard the thunder. However where they have the cable boxes sucked. We would get back to the room to wind down for the night- and get frustrated due to couldn’t change the tv channel without being in 1 of 2 spots. But that was our only hiccup- also our room smelt like pickles- so we bought a few air fresheners. Water pressure and the hotness of the water was fantastic.

Dear Tiffany,I apologize for the issues with the cable boxes and pickle odor. We have found a solution to help with the cable boxes. The pickle smell we found out is due to the new flooring and has been going away. We hope that you will come back again in the future.

Absolutely love this place price was great got more than what we expected we thought we were just gonna be coming into a room with two beds TV maybe a microwave but it had a full kitchen couple chairs with a coffee table comfy beds absolutely love the bathroom mirror to do your make up we also had our two kids, and they absolutely loved it too definitely recommend will definitely come back and a big plus also pet friendly GREAT PLACE !!!!
