When I opened the door to both of my rooms, there were roaches on the walls and ceilings and one of the bathtubs was full of them and dirty. I immediately turned my keys back in and am supposed to be getting a full refund. One room smelled like smoke so bad that I almost gagged.

Booked a room for one of my drivers. Driver advised room had roaches. Unacceptable

We arrived and checked in only to find out someone was already in our room. The place was filthy with garbage, unsavory people and bad odors. Do not stay at this place. It needs a complete overhaul and really appears to be a low rent extended stay facility.

No hot water. Incorrect bed size; we selected a king room and was placed in a queen, but it was just missing one queen bed. Room had no refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer. My man went out to do a quick fix on his vehicle, the front desk lady called the Tasc 9 security and told him to wait for an appropriate hour. So he came in, woke up at 5 and AGAIN they said the same stuff. When is an appropriate hour?! He was not loud or causing a problem. Motel 6 has full sized cockroaches crawling up and down the walls. And with no hot water and the toilet doesn’t flush, kinda curious if the health department needs a call?
