There were cockroaches in the restroom, and I paid for a room, which was supposed to have a microwave and refrigerator, but had neither

Poor Service and Cockroaches

We were in town, on business and only needed a place to sleep. To start our trip, I booked a double, queen and was met with a single queen bed. The next day, the hotel did change our room but, to our chagrin, when we came back from the business events of the day, there were cockroaches all over the room...including on our beds. It was late in the evening, so the hotel switched our room AGAIN...and because it was so late, we decided to give the night one try ...and hope it was bug free as it was closer to the office. If not, we were going to book somewhere else and fight our refund battle on the back end. Fortunately, it was and we finished our stay in relative comfort. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND...no matter how good the price was.

This property is being used as a homeless shelter and my room was infested with cockroaches. The night of my stay a group came to the parking lot right in front of my room to dish out food and give free hair cuts. Making announcements over a loudspeaker. This is not acceptable!
