Nees serious renovation

This establishment is in poor condition and need serious renovation. The only part that was clean was the bed sheets and towels. Carpet was extremely dirty (my yound son feet were black from dirt, bathroom was borderline with hole around the shower pommel and faucet. The bathtub mat has never been removed to be clean. Internet was not functional (despite the router being directly on the ceiling outside my door. The attending person did not care, restaurant was close. Nothing is Quality about this Quality Inn.

Overall the property itself is OK. You can tell that at one time it was a super nice place, but with time it has gone down. Bed is comfortable and my room was clean. If you do not like the smell of marijuana, do not come here. It can be pretty strong in some areas at certain times. Dolly at the front desk was super nice and helpful.

When it was first built and fully staffed it was likely a useful and attractive property. Now it seems rather run down, odd and empty. Uninviting. Our room smelled of smoke, mildew and whatever one uses to mask those smells. I'd make another choice next time, even for this low price.

My king bed was not available and was given a room with 2. Double beds, there were people all night smoking outside my room. Coffee machine broken, water leak from roof in game room. Parking lot felt very unsafe with unsavory people. At breakfast the food police man, watched everyone’s movement, I was told that I was using the waffle maker incorrectly. I was involved in a verbal confrontation with the food person. I complained at the desk, the male clerk was oblivious to my concerns. It appears the hotel is renting rooms to the homeless. This is not what I expect from this company.

Theres no elevator, so if you're on the 2nd floor, you will have to tote your stuff up the stairs. There was a little bit of sketchy looking individuals on the property at night but i believe they had security or police on the property.
