Only one problem the bed was very hard. And not that much comfortable.

Publié le 12 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe only bad thing was that the bed wasn't as soft as I would have liked and the pillows were quite hard. I was happy with how clean the room was and that there was in room coffee.

Choose another hotel!
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsPlace was horrible, front desk was constantly gone and could not be found when needed, hallways and rooms had this weird “unclean” smell, room floor was very sticky, lizards and bugs were crawling on the walls of the second floor (2 floor is what I stayed on). Hotel claims to be “smoke free rooms” but hallways fill with smoke as they allow people to smoke right at the back doors. The linen on the bed had stains and another weird smell coming off of it, this was just a bad experience and I would suggest paying more to go to another hotel if possible.

I was saddened to read that your stay fell short of your expectations due to the constant absence of our front desk staff, unpleasant odor you described, the insects you reported, and the other highlighted issues. Red Roof work with a Pest Control company who regularly treats the property for pests as is standard in the industry. I have notified management of your comments so they can work with the specialists to ensure everything is as it should be. Guest feedback, like yours, aids Red Roof in improving our guest experience, so thank you for sharing with us. I was very happy with this hotel and recommend it to others. Especially if you have a dog, no dog fee!
