The whole family and friends can sit and talk on this huge sectional. Ready to wind down for the evening, watch on the 4K, ultra contrast, high lumen 86' TV with 5.1 speakers and a multitude of streaming options. Private time...space to relax in every room. Alexa to stream your favorite ad-free Spotify music. Comfortable Queen beds in every room, and a fully stocked kitchen for when you want that taste of home. This home is just south of Interstate 44 - great choice!

The whole house is available. *There are two locked, private closets for cleaner and supplies

That disclaimer language:
1. Please keep children from walking/standing/jumping on any of the furniture.
2. Having parties forfeits the reservation, with no refund. **Strickly enforced
3. Unregistered (ESA & Service Animals need to be registered please) pets forfeits reservation, with no refund. $30 added. If incident isn't immediately caught there will be a daily minimum fine of $30.
4. No loud music or noise after 10 pm.
5. We can only accept bookings from completed account profiles (registered phone number and government-issued ID attached to their account).
6. There is a $50 late check-out fee.
7. Lost or broken item costs will be added to booking fee.
8. If broken house rules cause subsequent guest/s to cancel or require refund/s – these losses will be charged to previously cited guest.
9. Registered guest counts need to be accurate. For every unregistered guest, we hold the right to add an additional $10 fee per extra person, per night.
10. There is a $200 smoking fine for each day of the infraction and/or stay (smoking further away to help air out oneself is acceptable).
11. Due to regular misrepresentations and broken house rules, we no longer accept local bookings from guests with negative-ratings or lack of history.
12. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on premises and it's facilities.

The home was comfortable and easy to get around in. Everything run by the smart home was a little different because none of us have a fully run smart home. I would ask for more bath towels and hand towels, a blanket instead of just the quilt, and some kitchen towels (there were none). It was a nice touch to have spices, oils, and coffee. The neighborhood was quiet.

The pictures look better than the actual interior. The carpet is old and should be removed. the transition to tile is a trip hazard so we could not have family over for dinner as planned. Walls needed painting. Sliding door had hand prints all over it. Not enough outlets in bedrooms and no second end table in one room with the locked closet; we had to put our dress clothes in another room. Master shower is hobbit sized and bidets unnecessary and unsanitary. the door frame to hall bath when shut was thick with dust and a nail sticking out. the dining table had a sticky finish. The home offers so many amenities like Alexa instructions, comfortable beds, easy in and out, well-lit exterior, hands-free trashcan, fans, games, enormous TV, clean modern fridge but our other family had a new build that cost far less. I apologized over and over to my other family for my choice.

The house was very clean and provided all the things we needed for our 1 night stay. From Bass Pro to the house takes you through downtown and an area of town that is questionable. While the communication with the owner was very easy, the continual need to flip the blown breaker from using the microwave was a pain. Overall met the need and wasn't over priced.

Great location and family friendly!
We stayed at the home for state series at the fairgrounds. We couldn't have asked for a more convenient location! We were just minutes from the venue. In addition we loved walking into a clean well lit house. The kids loved asking Alexa to play all their favorite songs. This house was well set up for family, cooking, and a comfortable weekend. We felt safe and secure staying here. The check in procedure was very easy and the updated digital home entrance was much more convenient than some I have experienced. The hosts were wonderful and responded promptly to any questions we had. In addition I noticed the house had a pack and play, an extra roll away bed, and extra bedding - we were impressed! We will be recommending and booking this place again in the future for our next trips to Springfield!

First time using VRBO. The owners were very helpful after i messed up the reservation. Walked me through correcting. The property is very nice. Me, my wife and my 80 yr old mom stayed. It was perfect for our group. Very large seating areas. Lots of hidden features with the lighting. The garage. Its convenient to I44. Easy travel to Bass Pro and Battlefield area. I feel like we got a.lot of room and quality for our money.
