Just okay
Parking lot and walkways not plowed. Another guest in hotel had to be escorted out by cops. Room could have been cleaner but was acceptable. First night had to stay in a different room than originally booked so I just stayed there for the full stay, which meant no bathtub. Ice machine never worked nor did the juice machine at breakfast bar. Customer service/staff was friendly but usually unhelpful.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and it was the first time I'd stayed in any place where I didn't smell cigarettes in a non-smoking room. The breakfast buffet was good.

This is by far the best visit we've had in over 10 years. The staff are pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean as well as the common areas. Overall a great stay and would recommend and stay again

Very good, comfortable, clean and it smelled pleasant. It was next to a train line however I only heard two trains passing by. The sink faucet spray was a bit intense.

My mistake and never again!
This is an average hotel with average service. It was clean. I will never stay here again and this is partly my own fault. We left an orthopedic pillow in our room, I called immediately (the evening when we got home), to ask if they could keep and I would return and pick it up. I was told that they did not have access to housekeeping but would check and call me in the morning. Next day no call so i called the next afternoon and same story. On Tuesday 2 days later I called again and was told that the pillow had been destroyed because it had a stain on it. Since I use this all the time and know that this is a lie. It was a very expensive pillow and it was my fault for leaving it but what happened to lost and found, I am sure that it was stolen by staff and you hate to point fingers but this pillow was in a pillow case and has never been slept on without a case. I will search to replace it but it took me years to find it as I have neck and back issues and have not found another as I have wanted a backup. Lesson learned never hurry to check out and do not trust or allow any staff person into room until I have double checked. I repeat I realize this is my fault but believe handled improperly by staff. Lost and found???
