I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. My recent experience was absolutely HORRIBLE. Let me give a detailed description.
1. When we arrived at 3:00 to check in there was no one working at the front desk. There were 5 other guest waiting to be checked in. The other guest informed me that they had been waiting for 3 hours and no one was working at the property at all.
2. About 30-45 minutes after sitting and waiting for someone to come and check everyone in a very nice young lady (whom i believe worked in housekeeping came down and apologized that no one was working the front desk and explained that the manager had left the hotel but she would try & reach her by cellphone. She called the manager the manager arrived about 15 minutes later. The manager never apologized to the now 10-15 people waiting to be checked in but instead begin to yell and the young lady who attempted to help us by calling her. The manager was very unprofessional and rude. My room had broken ironing board. One Towel ( i had to go get more from the front desk) and there was never OJ in the breakfast area during breakfast. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Check in was suppose to be at 3 . At 6:30 I was there trying to get my room before my concert. And no room was ready…. Secondly they said they would discount me since I didn’t get my room until 11pm when I suppose to at 3pm ….. and they charged me full price even though I got the hotel from 11pm- 11am ….. wayyyy less time so I don’t know why I paid full price. He said he discounted it and I checked and no discount was given.

Not able to truly rate hotel, as far as room, services, etc...
Had made reservation several months prior and had confirmed the day prior to arrival, only to get there and have no room. Several other parties in lobby were experiencing the same issue. Had to find last minute accommodations on the way to our event.
Staff seemed very overwhelmed at the situation -whatever that might have been.

I booked my stay here in june recieved an email they were unable to accommodate me, so i booked at another hotel. The day i was traveling there recieved another email stating the same they were unable to accommodate me (which i knew) than i got a call stating they were able to accommodate me. They also tried to charge my card (fortunately i blocked the charge prior). I was excited to stay here because the rooms look fabulous but after the back and forth and communication nope! I can only imagine the service (he sais she said).

Upon arrival at 4pm the front desk attendant advised me that housekeeping was slow and the room would not be ready for approximately 2-3 more hours. Thankfully he did find one room for us to check in to, but that was the only one clean in the entire hotel.
The room was modern and nice, queen beds would have been nice but given the size of the room doubles worked.
Breakfast was good, plenty of choices.
Overall nice stay, staffing needs improvement.

The cleaning cart stayed in the hallway all night long. There was no hand soap in the room.
The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked great! Breakfast was a bust. Didn’t open on time but the worker was hustling. Not his fault..
