My tub was clogged the first day so we asked them to fix the tub the light and the TV as all were not working properly. the fix it person went into a different room and made the repairs????? Really it had the same issues as I did with my room? they never fixed it and had to go a day without shower ( in Arkansas and MO ya need to get the gross off of you) the Bartender who's claim is to be an expert on where to eat or visit... Tell her (Debbie) her recommendations were horrible. The Pizza they serve at the "bar" is craft singles laid out on a Burrito wrap and melted in a broiler of some sort it was so disgusting. Her drinks were limited and not made properly you do not SHAKE a Tito's and Orange Juice it isn't a martini. Not a friendly person for sure. Hospital Helicopters were annoying racing cars and the noise was horrible. Your beds are so uncomfortable flip a matress once in a while. If I am there for 5 days ya might want to replace the towels instead of telling people to use their towels more than one time to keep it green! If I am paying for a room it is not your business how many towels I use for shower. Usually 1 per day not 1 for 5 days. I would never stay there again, then again I would never travel to any part of that side of the country again. Scenery is beautiful in the fall that was about it. Branson is a Dump with rude people and completely understaffed it is the Wisconsin Dells on steroids. Dirty and gross and don't recommend.

When I slept, either the room or the mattress smelled like dog pee or poo, which understandable since this hotel is pet friendly. They should assign certain rooms for people who don’t have pets or want to smell pets urine.

The excellent and professional service that Rachel at the front desk is greatly appreciated. We had to attend to a medical emergency and had to cancel the remainder of our stay. Rachel expidited the process quickly and we were on our way.

We have stayed here many times while visiting our kids at MO State University. The rooms are always comfortable and clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is hearty.
