Travelers tranquility

Relax with your family at this peaceful place to stay. With an international theme, it will make any traveler feel at home. If it’s a work stay there’s ample room to spread out.

The livingroom has a gas fireplace and a large smart tv.

The master bedroom, which we call our Africa room, has a kind size bed. The other 2 rooms both have queen beds, one is our Europe room and the other one is our “Island” room. In the livingroom we have a pull out couch (hide a bed) which is also a queen size.

The kitchen is full stocked with everything you need to cook your meals and feel at home. There is a Keurig coffee pot and microwave as well as a stove/oven and large refrigerator.

The laundry is in a closet just off the kitchen.

There is a lovely back patio with outdoor furniture and large trees that add so much to the backyard.

We do also have a garage that is available to use.

Welcoming!
This was our second stay in this home. We were in town for a wedding. This rental is welcoming, well furnished and so clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. My grandson was with us for one night and used the pack and play which was in great condition. The bedding was seriously so soft and comfortable (I think the softest we’ve ever experienced at a rental), and the towels were fluffy and nice. The garage came in handy to store our son’s and daughter-in-law’s bikes in. (And to park in) Heather is a fantastic host. She left special treats and checked in to make sure all was well. She was quick to respond to messages and super helpful. We’ve enjoyed this home on both stays and made some wonderful memories here. We look forward to staying again.

Just like home!
We absolutely loved this place and will 100% book again in future visits! We have a freshman at MSU and enjoy staying in homes to accommodate our family rather than hotels when we visit. This property truly felt like home away from home with the space it offered, incredibly comfortable beds, beautiful backyard (which we spent hours in playing games) and little touches that make it comfortable!

Traveler's Tranquility- perfect name
Great experience: super clean property; safe, quiet neighborhood; enclosed garage for car; coffee, tea, and snacks provided; We enjoyed the private residential area that was also close to restaurants and shopping. The private backyard was relaxing with patio area and shady trees. We had great hotwater and super a/c as well as very comfortable bedding and super fluffy towels.

88th Birthday and reunion
Excellent accommodations provided a great retreat for my elderly mom to visit with family. Reported an A/C issue and Heather and Dwight had it fixed within a couple of hours. Really enjoyed our stay.

We were delighted to find such a cozy home just minutes away from Bass Pro and so many other things Springfield MO had to offer. The beds were super comfortable, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the house. We felt right at home here. We had quick, but delightful stay!

Peaceful Getaway
Heather’s property was accurately named! The first impression from the outside was that the host cared about her home and beautiful yard. Inside was even better with lots of details that can’t be found in most rental homes. The decorations were lovely!! I especially enjoyed the South African flair in the master bedroom. The kitchen was supplied with everything you would have at home from high quality dishes and cookware to biscottis and hot cocoa! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed breaking in the new grill in the back yard. Towels and linens were also of high quality and we especially appreciated the firm bed. I wish I could have stayed longer!!
