Frank at the front desk was fantastic. It was homecoming weekend in Oregon. Rooms are a little run down. And the shower was made for someone 5 foot tall or less. Was the most I have ever spent on a hotel room due to Oregon homecoming. Staff was very friendly however I would not come back again, especially at the price I paid.

Lovely, friendly and very customer service oriented people. Rooms are new and spacious. Great for a Duck i’m coming game!

Clean & friendly staff. Amenities in room are dated but usable & working. Mattresses not the most comfortable but ok. TV a bit small for current expectations.
Can hear walking in room above easily so 2nd floor might be better choice if available. Even though near freeway, quiet inside room. Albertsons 5 min walk.

The place advertised that they had a pool and hot tub and they had neither one. The pictures that were on line made the place look like it was a park setting. It was nothing like the pictures or of the description the online website showed or wrote about. The hotel or motel is false advertising its Accommodations and Description of the place and the cost of the place Tripled ,because of the Oregon collage football game which is just absolutely despicable. The only reason we stayed there is because I had to have surgery at Oregon Heart & Vascular hospital Sacred Heart Hospital. And there were no other hotels or motels with any availability. I would never stay at this hotel again and would never recommend it to anyone,because of the false advertising and the cost. The staff were friendly,but other than that the place is just an overpriced motel. We even checked out a day early because the beds were so uncomfortable and very itchy the sheets and blankets felt like they were made out of paper. Horrible place to stay for the price that was paid for this place

We do not advertise a pool or hot tub anywhere online so we're sorry you felt misled. Our rates--like all other motels in the area--fluctuate based on events and availability.

The room and hotel are somewhat dated and in need of updating. However, it was clean and more than adequate for my needs.

Great quiet and convenient stay outside of Eugene.
Walked to coffee shop. Close to UO. Nice room.

Friendly, nice location, okay for multiple nights
Publié le 9 oct. 2024 sur HotelsA little road noise, a little difficult to get in/out due to traffic, weak internet.... but surprisingly a nice little tucked away place to stay. I was here for 3 nights and it provided me everything I needed (except breakfast, coffee and instant oatmeal doesn't cut it.)
