This property is "you get what you pay for". The rate was about $35-$50 less per night than immediately surrounding hotels, I realized why once I arrived. It was quite run down and dated, the in-room AC unit was VERY loud, the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking/dripping water from a place where a DIY repair had already been attempted and failed. When I made the front desk aware of the leak upon my check out, the attendant seemed embarrassed but more grateful that I did not ask for a discount or complain. Good points - convenient location, fairly clean, comfortable bed, and they did offer a breakfast that other guests seemed to enjoy (I did not have time to eat). Personally, I would stay elsewhere on my next visit but if you set an appropriate expectation, the cheap nightly rate fits the property.
