isolated, kitschy and overrun with spiders

The property is filled with spiders (daddy longlegs and huntsmans) with spider webs everywhere. I cleaned a lot but they return the next morning.
Many surfaces were tacky/sticky.
There were long strands of dark hair in the bathroom.
There are dust balls/old web/grit in all of the corners.
The decor is claustrophic and kitsch.
There are 3 or 4 pieces of cutlery with melted handles. I sliced my palm on one of them.
The light attached to the ceiling fan above the bed comes on after power to the property returns and can only be turned off with the remote control. On my second night the power went out numerous times for an hour or so each time and afterwards the light came on and woke me up.
Lots of mosquitoes, probably because of the ponds of still water nearby.
Something outside near the pond issues a pitched "ker-bop" every 13 seconds, day and night.
Outside of the owners control:
Telstra reception is nil. If WiFi goes away, which it did for a day, you can't call anyone. If you drive a few mins outside of Springton towards Mt Pleasant you can get coverage.
The cockatoos put up an impressive wall of sound.
The Springton Hotel no longer serves food. I was pointedly (but not unkindly) told that it's now a "pub for old fashioned talking and drinking". You get the idea.
Overall the place needs a proper and regular clean, fumigation and the cutlery replaced. Perhaps invest in a POTS phone and a UPS for the wireless.

Thankyou Luke for your review. Photos and plans of our hayloft are available wherever our place is advertised, and they show our 'Parisienne' hayloft which many love, thought we accept it may not be to your tastes. Whilst we do not agree with all the inferences, like many people like to be away from touristy towns and love the peacefulness of the Springton area, we have taken action on some of your complaints. We have also checked with our cleaners and given the place another (regular) pest bomb and extra cleaning. We have disabled the light that comes on after a power interruption, and this, like the NBN interruption was obviously beyond our control. Normally the noises from the ponds is frogs, and the new pump for the ponds was installed the day after you left. Overall, in our renovated 1890s building, in the country, there may sometimes be spiders around, however we take the utmost care to prevent this. Your review is a good check for us, even though most of our reviews are 5 stars.
