Our home has 5 bedroom, 4 bath house (3 bedrooms are suites with king and queen beds & private bathrooms), 8 beds and a sleeper sofa, huge game room & amazing outdoor living area. We have a private fenced pool and huge yard on the 13'th fairway of River Island golf course across the street from the clubhouse.

Springville is 3 hours North of LA, 3.5hours south of San Jose in the foothills of the Sierra mountains. We are 90 minutes South of Sequoia National Park and 45 minutes West of Balch Park, home of the largest trees in the world.

We have 2 driveways that will accommodate 7 vehicles. Parking in front of the house allows for 4 more cars.
We have a huge outdoor living area with a custom picnic table, seating areas, 2 BBQs and a huge yard.
The house has great wifi coverage and triple digit speeds so you can work from here if desired.
This is the perfect property for families looking to get away and spend quality time in an isolated and private environment. There are many fun things to do outside like Bocce ball, Corn Hole, Horseshoes & Frisbee. We have 2 BBQs (Gas & deep pit charcoal) and we supply the gas and charcoal.
We have worked very hard to provide something for everybody.

We have a game room called "Park" that hosts a billiard table, ping pong table, electronic darts, Sonos music, guitars to play and plenty of other fun stuff. It is a beautiful room that is comfortable, quiet and spacious. It has become the favorite room in the house with our guests, especially our guests with children as they can now play in a safe and quiet space and keep entertained.

We have Sonos music in every room with with Pandora, XM & Spotify music services ready to play your favorite tunes.
This is the perfect house for large families, 5 Bedrooms, 4 baths, (3 of the bedrooms are suites with private baths) and lots of outdoor areas to enjoy. The home has 8 beds and a sofa sleeper.
We recently insulated the entire house and installed a new A/C & heater so the house will stay at your preferred temperature during any season.
We have a new large Fridge/Freezer and a second one in the game room.
We have designed the outdoor living areas to take advantage of the perfect Springville weather. River Island Golf Course (The highest rated course in the Central Valley) provides preferred tee times for our guests.
This house has 2 large indoor dining tables (One flips over as a professional Poker table) Poker chips and cards are provided.
Because the house is so centrally located and is one story, it is the perfect home for all ages. The house is very popular for families with young kids as well as older family members. With new beds and a quiet location, it is a favorite with everybody.
We have had a number of groups use the house for the older members of the family for weddings and family reunions since access is so easy.
Whatever the size or age of your group, purpose of your trip or time of year, we really do have it all.

My family had a blast in the short time we stayed here. There was so much to do here without leaving the house. Our stay in Springville was great. We had a group of 10 and the house fit us perfect! We had room to gather and enough space to unwind and recharge. The pool worked out terrific. We are excited to see how the golf course looks in the future. The house had everything we expected and we even had some little frog surprises in the evening that was really cool.

Family Wedding
We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We had plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the pool. We enjoyed breakfast each morning outside on the large covered porch. The location was good. We had a wedding to attend in Porterville and went the other direction for a day in the mountains. We even drove to the coast for a beach day.

Wonderful house!
Our family of 12 and 4 dogs stayed at this property for Thanksgiving and there was plenty of room for all of us, with plenty to do. We really enjoyed the game room, as it gave my two young kids something to do that didn't involve screens. We also REALLY enjoyed having the golf course behind the house, and since it is currently closed it basically worked out like having a park behind the house that was never crowded. We went out back and chipped some balls, threw some frisbees, and also took our bikes and electric scooters out on the trails. This was probably the highlight of our trip as we like to be outdoors. The one downside that I heard everyone talking about was the beds. We do have some older folks in our group (myself included), and the beds weren't that great to sleep on at night and most everyone woke up with sore backs. The owner should definitely look to upgrade. Aside from this, I would definitely recommend this house to friends, and will not hesitate to stay at again in the future. The communication with the host was great and everything from check in to check out was clearly communicated.

Perfect for our multigenerational family get-together
The house perfectly accommodated ten family members of 3 generations for our stay. We took some day trips to Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks, as well as to the Trail of 100 Giants in Sequoia National Forest which were all beautiful. We were able to get back to the house in the afternoons with plenty of time to spare for swimming in the pool. The host was friendly and responsive, and everyone had a great time.

Steve's home was the perfect place for our family to hang out. Our family really enjoyed the pool, the golf course and the layout of the house. The grandbaby was in one wing, and we couldn't even hear when he was up in the middle of the night. The house was spotlessly cleean and everything we needed was there. Easy to get to and from wedding venue at Springville Ranch. My only issue was that the sprinklers came on in backyard in the early evening, right when we were trying to play corn hole. Other than that the house was perfect.

Family fun weekend!
Our family stayed in this comfortable Springville home! It was big enough for our two families and had so many added extras. Big tables for breakfast and fully loaded for cooking. Most all bedrooms had bathrooms which was so nice for privacy. The added touches of toileteries was very nice. The home was clean with a country feel which we enjoyed. Located on the golf course it had a beautiful view of mountains. We stayed there as we attended a wedding at the Springville Ranch which was very close by. The owner was so responsive with any questions I had. I highly Recommend this home for relaxing weekend to get away from the busy city life! Thanks again!

Family Trip
We spent two weeks here with family coming from So-Cal and Nor-Cal. The house was clean and has a nice big table for family dinners and games. Everyone loved the pool; it has a nice deep end and is a great temperature. Steve was a VERY responsive, accommodating and kind host. He was flexible with us brining our dogs and we appreciated him and his property manager a great deal. His cleaners were also really friendly and kind; they even ran outside to catch us before we left because my son left a beloved stuffie.
