Staff was excellent and always willing to help. Only real bad thing i can say is new beds. For four nights i felt like a taco.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was very well kept and the staff were excellent! We were traveling across country with our kids for the summer and this was the only place that made it feel comfortable enough to join breakfast in the morning, and wow breakfast was great! My only complaint is that we were put right next to a room with a dog that was scratching the doors or barking every time the owner left, but sometimes that’s just what happens when you get family rooms. A for everything else.

Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsStay here was part of a two week road trip 08/2024. I’ve stayed at other Best Westerns before but this one tainted the whole chain for me. The hotel carpets hadn’t been vacuumed and were stained. Bathroom was poorly cleaned and had yellow/pink mold. Stains on the walls. The pullout sofa bed was torn and stained and the room furniture is outdated and broken. Pool area is covered in bird dropping, do not head down there without shoes. Breakfast was included and I opted out of eating there for fear I’d end up sick. Would not and will not stay here again.

We did not realize this was a “pet friendly” hotel when we booked it. The room and property overall felt dingy, old and not as clean as we would have hoped. We ended up having to change rooms because of barking dogs below us. The staff was accommodating to our request.
