This was one of my worst booking experiences as the host was hard to communicate with, unprofessional and disrespectful. He canceled my reservation on the morning of my trip without any explanation and failed to accept my refund request for a week straight.

This guest and our lodging operation coordinator came to an impasse over two issues. This guest wanted to check in at 7 AM because of flight arrival and wanted to have eight other guests. In fairness, the guest did offer to pay for the additional three guests, but the max occupancy of the villa is seven, and she had nine total though she booked a total of six. We offered a second villa which the guest refused.
We alerted Expedia, and they gave the guest some options, which were also refused, and Expedia made the executive decision to cancel the reservation. No property can cancel a reservation; Expedia would have simply relocated the guest at the property's expense. For a week straight, the guest called us and demanded monies to be put in her account. As you know, Expedia is the company with the purse, and when they issue a refund, it takes 5 to 7 business days. Once the guest got the funds, she stopped calling.

Lovely property, very quite and tranquil community. If not for the kids I would have spent the afternoons curled up on the veranda reading a book. The staff was very attentive. The price was a very good deal for the amenities.

Hands down one of the best vacations ever. The property sits on many acres and we were in the back. If you plan to go into town and see the attractions you should rent a car. Renting a car is always cheaper and it is not as hard as you think to drive in Jamaica. The staff was amazing and the food prepared by our hired house lady was excellent as well. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. This villa is a gem and I will be back next year. Cant wait!

Very nice place, good people to do business. They were very attentive and send us a lot of details about the city and the attractions via whatsapp prior to us getting there. The community was just very peaceful and very high-end. We were shocked to lean that the villas cost 280k USD. We liked it so much we looked into buying one. Well, all and all this is the place to lay your head if Ocho Rios is on your bucket list.

Home away from home, all the basic amenities were in working order. The villa was centrally located to shopping, the beach and restaurants. The staff was a big help. I would go back if I were to ever visit Jamaica again.

Nice family Reunion

Pour : very spacious and it had yard space surrounding each villa.
We had a larger than normal group and the management was very accommodating. Pre-arrival communication was via Whatsapp and it was good they way they reached out. Arrival was a breeze because of constant communication. The villa was better than the photos, very clean, quiet, homely and all the feature/amenities were in working order. It was not far from town though you would need to drive 5 minutes into town. Love this place and will return.
