The villa community is extensive and nicely maintained. I like the size of the infinity pool and the way it overlook the other villas. Enjoyable stay.

PRICE VERY CHEAP FOR EXPERIENCE WE RECEIVED

Pour : The front porch, just sitting on it was very tranquil.
Contre : They got it right. I think they should spend more on marketing because the world needs to know about this hidden gem.
Emplacement : All the attraction is a short car ride away
Wonderful place to stay while in St Ann. Clean smoke free villa, courteous and friendly staff. The pictures does no justice for this spacious villa, feels like a home away from home. The furniture are of dark shade so their photos doesn't really show the quality. The furniture was expensive and of high quality. I love the creative artwork in the front yard. I'm a active person and to see that ALL the amenities are well kept was awesome!!! We took a cab to Mystic Mountain that was mind blowing. I will be coming back to this property for a longer stay so much to do not enough time!!

Unprofessionally Managed

Pour : The lack of professional management ruined the experience and the stay. I would suggest finding another property using different management.
Contre : The management.
Emplacement : Shopping in Ocho Rios. Dolphin Cove. Dunn's River Falls. Blue Hole.
I gave the hotel facilities and condition, room cleanliness and comfort an excellent rating. Everything else around that was a disaster. A few days prior to arrival you get a long message outlining additional fees that were buried in the reservation. There is a $25 per day destination fee. There is a $60 cleaning fee. Check out is 9 am. If you want it any later there is an additional $35 fee. The message you receive also describes how to set up check in. You must contact the villa manager when you land and then again when you are approximately one hour away. We did this exactly as described and the person checking us in was still 45 minutes late. When we checked in the WiFi was not working. We were told it would be fixed the next day. It was not fixed. We were then told the internet company would be there to fix it the next day and we needed to be present from 8 am until 12 pm. WE WERE ON VACATION! The people in charge of the property were very difficult to get a hold of and only after contacting the booking company would they respond. When they would they were always rude and disrespectful.

We are going to stick with the facts here. The guest showed up with his two daughters at check-in. The guest asked if he could have his fiance over and we agreed to allow it with without an additional charge. They guest had cable TV issues and I personally apologized, offer the guest a six pack of Red Stripe Beer and a nicer villa a few villas up the same street. As the GM it is my duty to see to it all guests leave happy. I went to assist with the move but the guest rejected the help. I met him at the new villa. He was driving a maroon color dark tinted van, one that was a bit conspicuous because of the size. He can in and met me to exchange the keys to the new villa and I offered to help with the suitcases but he rejected the offer so I left. I went back to the old villa he just left to turn off the lights and lock up. The villa appeared he was there for a month and he was there for only a few house with his daughters. I found a small tote bag they left behind and brought it back to the new villa. When I approached the villa I counted 13 people! One of the girl was no older than 12 years old and was pregnant! All sorts of alarm went off in my head. The max occupancy for the villa is 6 guests. Then there was the issue of paying for the additional guest which would amount to a tidy sum. After hours of back and forth on the phone with hotels dot com we managed to give this gentleman a full refund and part ways. It was a bad experience for us and the guest but we learn from this and we be better able to deal with a situation like this int he future. This was a learning experience for us.

Relaxing in Ocho Rios

The place, the staff I cannot complain about, the villa was well coordinated and the beds were the pretty comfortable. The neighborhood was gated/secured and quite. The location was just outside the town and close to shopping. I would recommend this to anyone desiring a stay of comfort.

Relaxing

The scenery and the comfort was excellent. I was relax the whole entire trip and was able to go shopping and have fun. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. This is where I'll be staying on my next trip.

I enjoy every moment I spend at the villa I rented. The cool ocean breeze was so relaxing. It was a home way from home. Will stay there again on my next trip.
