Very accessible to major hot spots. Also i felt very safe and secured.

My family and i enjoyed our stay at the villa.We felt safe and felt right at home.
We liked that the villa was a close driving distance to ocho Rios and surrounded areas.

Getting in and out of the property was always difficult with the guards and took a long time. An alternate system that is less time consuming needs to be utilized. The smart house system needs to be serviced. Some of the systems did not work consistently, including the lights, fans, air conditioning units (even when the doors were closed) and TVs (which would randomly go off when watching.

Owner could have labeled things so guests know where groceries, restaurants, and ATM located. Owner could have also labeled switches in the home. Shower had extremely low pressure and no hot water.

The communication and instructions for this property need a major overhaul. I never stayed at or even the property due to the lack of communication. I would advise Expedia to discontinue doing business with properties and owners like this. Especially outside of the USA.
