1st floor apartment in quaint friendly neighborhood. Very close proximity to beautiful sandy white beaches, shops, many restaurants, bars &.coffee shops.
You could park your car and not use it again if you desired. Private off street parking.

This is our 5th and newest vacation rental. They are all on the same street....next door and across the street from one another...great for family get together's.

The place is exactly as described. The bed is comfortable and kitchen is well stocked and organized. This is a quiet dog friendly neighborhood. Close to everything! I have stayed in one of their other places and would not hesitant to rent from them again.

We had a very nice stay! We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach with our dog. The hosts thought of everything from beach towels, to beach toys, to a cooler bag, etc! The rental apartment was nice and clean. We hope to stay here again sometime in the future!!

Perfect Location
Property is so close to the beach and several awesome restaurants, bars, coffee, and surf shop. Had everything you need for a great beach getaway without having to drive anywhere. Property was well furnished, cool, and comfortable. Even has beach wagon with chairs and beach stuff.

Amazing Experience!
Our stay here was perfect! We loved the close proximity to beach access. It was nice to be able to have our dog with us and take him to the beach too. This unit has a lot of space and we took advantage of cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a washer & dryer and some extra towels in the linen closet. Lots to do close by in St. Augustine. Thank you for everything, we hope to come back some day!

Wonderful place to stay!
Absolutely enjoyed this location and property. It was bigger than I expected and comfortable. A short walk to the beach and everything was provided that we needed. We brought our dog and he was very happy. The outdoor hose to rinse off was helpful as the beach doesn't have.

Our stay at C Street by the Sea (downstairs) went great. The unit had about everything that we needed and we really appreciated the extra space in the laundry room for some of our own stuff. Our stay was cooler than had hoped for so we didn't take full advantage of some of the beach amenities that were available, but we did use the chairs for a brief cool visit to the beach. All in all, the description is very accurate and the stay was quite pleasant with enough room for just the 2 of us and our dog to enjoy our week and half stay.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at your perfect location getaway. Great location for beach, downtown area, restaurants, grocery store and shops. Communication response was fast and helpful. It was clean, bed was great, washer and dryer was a plus. Will definitely be returning soon.
