Stayed here for two days. Breakfast was served cold we had to microwave it? Our be hike was badly scratched by adjacent guest. Reported to staff was told they couldn’t help, had no information on the other guests and we needed to call the police. Brand new vehicle damaged on their property and they could care less.

We stayed in suit 91 at Villano Beach location and I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for 2 people for a short stay. Does not have full kitchen but we didn’t need one.It was very clean, nice decor, wonder adjustable king bed and breakfast delivered to our door. Parking pass provided for historic district parking in a great location for exploring the local shops, restaurants and historic architecture I enjoy so much. I will definitely be booking again in the near future.

Great Bed & Breakfast in downtown Historic area. The Lindsie Michelle room was beautiful. Second floor with great outdoor area to sit. Happy hour treats and wine are delivered to your room. Breakfast is also delivered. If it's nice, you can sit on the outside area reserved for this room.

The cutest beach house. Everyone is super nice. Loved that we got a parking pass for the downtown location so we didn’t have to pay for parking. The house was spacious and clean and comfortable.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left everyone was absolutely wonderful! And specifically Max stood out to us. He was a wonderful young man full of information and willing to share it and let us know about another property they had over on the beach we weren’t aware of, but we’ll definitely try next time!

I’ll start with the good: the room was excellent. My parents slept well on the bed. The view was extremely nice, however, after spending hours on the Internet, looking for the best B&B To send our parents to we were highly disappointed. You have the pictures on your website showing nice home-cooked meals served on real plates in a dining area. However, breakfasts were brought to my parents every morning at their room on plastic that were cold and had to be heated in a microwave that look like food from A convenience store. The lighting around the back of the cottage was nonexistent, even though you could see landscaping lights none of them worked. And the staff didn’t help my parents with any information on Wi-Fi gave them an address and said they could walk to the cottage, which was actually more than a 15 minute ride. My parents are 83 and 87. The staff also knew they had booked a sailboat cruise that evening, and never even told them where it was or how to get to it. I will not be recommending his resort. I suggest you do something with the help also

I was a little disappointed, first the tub was not a jet tub (didn't work) rather soaking tub. Also, the porch light was left on all night shining right on our bed--hard time sleeping all night. Also, I messaged the office twice with no response to needs that I had. I think the property and location are beautiful but service was not up to par based on the price. Also, food in the morning wasn't great.

The staff and service at this B&B is welcoming, polite, responsive, and thorough. My fiance' and I are always impressed with the thoughtfulness put into the breakfast and happy hour creations. Delicious!! Did I mention they're very open to ad-hoc coffee requests? Love it! 2nd annual trip for us too :)
